5 hours late journey. Nothing was on time. Service was pathetic, no stops in between. Even we reached 5 hrs late as the expected time.

Bus reached my destination very late due to the bus travelling on offset roads. The windows were stuck. It was very suffocating. I totally feel bad. Please improve these kinds of things.
