It's not good, too bad I won't like it and bus came very late and also it started one hour late, and there is no bedsheet and water bottle. Totally it was not good. But the bus price is too high and not worthy.

I travelled yesterday from Naidupeta to Bangalore by this bus, booked through. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. There were a lot of bedbugs on the beds, and I was bitten several times during the night. I informed the concerned person on the bus, but there was no proper response or assistance. There were also no pillows or bedsheets provided. The driving was very rash and uncomfortable as well. You can check the GPS tracking and timings of the bus to verify the driving pattern. I have travelled many times by bus, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I did not expect such poor hygiene, service, and safety standards. Please look into this issue seriously and take appropriate action.

It was a very good travel experience. The journey was comfortable, smooth, and well-organized. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and was satisfied with the service.

I am not satisfied with the overall experience. They did not keep my luggage properly and asked me to keep it near my legs. The seat was not comfortable. When I tried to push it back, it did not adjust automatically and I had to do it manually. A lot of time was wasted during their breaks and dinner time. Apart from the passengers, a few other people were also allowed to sit for their own profit. Even after Gudur around 6–8 local ladies came and occupied the seats by paying XXXXX. From Gudur to Nellore. My suggestion is to have proper CCTV monitoring. The staff should also handle such situations more professionally.

driver behaviour is very rude and irresponsible.one of the worst experience I had with metro travels , i never recommend metro travels to my friends .The bus is supposed to depart at 5:15 am but arrived at 6:30 , I asked driver regarding the late arrival of bus , he said like we usually came like lately and bus is stopped at unnecessary Stops also .
