The bus was delayed by 2 hours and moreover did not even come to pick up point and did not pick me. I am requesting for feedback. Even the platform looked worse in getting us refund. Anyone choosing this bus please be mindful, you could see surprises.

I haven't reached yet. Still two more hours to reach and worst experience booking through make my trip. First booking. The bus was five to six hours late and the bus pickup was four minutes thirty seconds late.

The worst bus experience ever. A delay of 4 hours in the morning is absolutely unacceptable. Such poor service, wasted time, and inconvenience for passengers. Very disappointing experience.

Worst experience ever had in my bus travelling journey. First of all the was delayed 2 hours 30 minutes no single notification from bus operators and no response from driver and conductor, I have called more than 50times they are not bothered to pick up the call I was worried weather bus will come or not standing alone in bus stand at midnight. So Red Bus please give us better bus options for smooth travel.
