The scheduled departure was 10:10 PM, with an expected arrival at 7:00 AM. However, the departure time was repeatedly rescheduled to 10:40 PM and 10:55 PM, and I finally boarded at 11:10 PM. The bus finally reached dharmavaram by 9.30 am

Very disappointing and irresponsible service. It seems they have hired new staff who are not even properly aware of the routes or pickup points. Other travel buses from Chennai reached the destination on time, but this service caused a huge delay. I was left waiting at the pickup point from 12:00 am until 3:30 am with no proper communication or support. This shows a complete lack of planning and responsibility. I have never experienced such a poorly managed bus service. I will definitely not travel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Hindupur in L16 seat number. But the left side of the cabin is getting hotter severely. I don't know the reason. Kindly rectify the issue. Apart from this, everything is fine.
