Charging sockets are not working. Even after informing multiple times, there is still no resolution for the issue. My phone even switched off due to heat. The staff behaved as if it was not their issue. Other than that, no issues.

Full of bedbugs in seats, not even 10 mins can be spent sitting in seats. Worst experience I faced in bus journey in my lifetime.

No power supply, so all passengers suffered. Giving 3 star. Rest all staff near and cleaning restroom, hotel options very good.

The staff behaviour is good. But there was a delay of around 4-5 hours. Bus reached almost 2.5 hours late at origin and almost 5 hours delay to reach destination.
