Very disappointed with the service. I had booked seat no. 10, but a day before travel I got a message that my seat was changed to seat no. 13, the last seat, stating it was done as per my request. I had never requested any change. The last seat was very uncomfortable with a lot of jerks, and the seats were not clean. Changing a customer's confirmed seat without their permission is unacceptable.

The staff behavior and travel experience was fine. Don't be misguided by the drop off timings at Ooty (details mentioned 6:30AM); however, it's a standard 10AM drop at the Ooty Railway Station. My only problem was with the punctuality.

They did not give us a water bottle even though it was part of the amenities. They provided a rest stop at 3 am, and the bus started at 9 pm. There was a cockroach in my seat, and the blankets were smelly. The bus reached two hours late, which messed up our itinerary completely.
