The driver arrived 2 hours late without providing any prior information or update. Because of this delay, I missed my train and lost xxxx on the train ticket. This was an extremely poor driving service and a very disappointing experience. Such delays without any communication are completely unacceptable. I expect a proper explanation and compensation for my loss.

The bus driving was terrible. Not sure if he is driving a bus full of passengers or with animals. He hasn't avoided any single gutters; everything bus has got in. U7, U8 both the blowers don't work, told but no action was taken.

Staff need to behave with discipline. Without intimation, they are opening covered curtains and asking something. They just have to avoid that.
