At time of booking the departure time shown was 8.20 pm of 12th Sept 26 but actually bus left by 1.00 am of 13th Sept 26. This is ridiculous. They are taking people's granted for earning money.

Delay pickup and delayed drop, the actual pickup at 8:20 pm was done at 11:30 pm. Drop schedule was at morning 8:30 am, I actually reached at 12:30.

the bus didn't not show up on the platform on further inquiry with bus driver we got to know that bus got cancelled. we haven't been issued any refund for this bus ride. kindly help us get a refund.
