Ac is totally not working and I asked staff. They said ac but I bought ticket for ac sleeper bus because I don’t have comfort and I have vomiting in non ac so that’s why I bought. But what is this? The issue is the bus is totally non ac. Then I asked what is the second option. Staff said fan is on. Then I checked my seat’s upper fan is also not working. What is this behaviour? Just 1/10. Please share next time comfort buses because I am an artist. I want comfort during the travelling for the best concert.

AC not working, seat are not comfortable, cleanliness is not there, lights are not present. why you guys giving this kind of bus for travelling. I am genuinely disappointed with travel. we are paying full amount without compromission then you should follow proper facilities.

The bus was not clean; there was a foul odor inside. The AC was initially off, and although it was turned on after repeated requests, it was not functioning properly and was emitting a bad smell. There were no bedsheets or pillows provided, and no drinking water was available. The journey was extremely uncomfortable.
