It was a horrible journey. Left Surat at 10:30 pm and reached Dhoraji at 12:00 pm. Took almost 15 hours. The bus driver did not have any knowledge about the route. Please never travel on this service.

There is a big mistake with your AM/PM options. Customer, while in a hurry, makes a mistake in booking, and genuine problems cannot get rewards from your side.

Currently we show bus full on red bus but actually bus driver and conductor are selling tickets in middle of journey and on random dropping and pickup point i know u just see and ignore my review

The reading panel light didn't work, there was a charging port that didn't work. Bus was 1:30 hours late to reach destination.
