My boarding point is Shivaji Nagar near bank of Maharashtra at 9:20 and he call at 9:10 an tell bus is no coming Shivaji Nagar stop you boarding point is change at Swargate how is at possible at 10 min next time can not choose booking platform this is second time i book my ticket in booking platform and my experience is third class. you take full charge and your service is not able to the charge. sorry.

Very poor experience. The driver was driving extremely rashly and the AC was not switched on even once throughout the journey. The ride was uncomfortable and disappointing. Better service and customer comfort should be prioritized.
