My boarding stop was Nampally bus stand and driver left me at bus stand and changed his road route without any info to me and I waited till 12 PM waiting for bus. When I tried to connect with bus driver, he told me bus did not come to Nampally because of Ganpati festival. The Nampally road was blocked whole night. I struggled with such bad service. Request to refund the ticket amount.

The bus driver almost hit the lorry and the front glass of the bus was broken. The bus driver chased the lorry by over speeding the bus and didn't even think about the passengers who were inside the bus. So my point is, what could have happened if the bus hit the lorry at overspeed and what could have happened to the passengers' lives if the bus had flipped? kindly take this into consideration and make sure this does not happen again.
