Charging port is not working. Bad staff service. I booked this bus. The dropping point time is 4:00 am but the bus reached the destination at 8:00 am time wasting.

Today, while traveling from Bangalore to Coimbatore, we stopped at a crowded hotel for lunch. The bus crew gave us very little time for food. After ordering, we had to wait a long time to get our meal, which caused a delay. By that time, the bus had already started moving. Just as we looked outside, we saw the bus leaving without us. We immediately called the driver and informed him that we hadn't boarded yet, but he only stopped the bus after traveling quite a distance. They didn't even have the basic courtesy or common sense to check whether all the passengers who got off for lunch had returned to their seats. This was an extremely bad experience for us. We had a patient traveling with us, as we were returning home from a hospital in Bangalore. When we called them, they didn't even bother to turn the bus back to pick us up. We had to walk all the way to the bus under the scorching sun. This is completely unacceptable behavior, and strict action must be taken against them so that they do not repeat this with anyone else in the future.

Everything was good but bus timing was very poor because the bus was delayed for 2 hours. It was difficult for passengers.

The bus is taking almost 11 hours to reach the destination. There was a delay in boarding which was only sent as a message 45 minutes before the departure. There was an issue with the AC as well.
