Didn’t understand it was a public transport or luggage transport. Driver was switching off the AC whole night and when asked, rudely he said outside climate will get cold. During half, he switched off the whole bus. That also he halted the bus at XXXX for dinner, so you’re forcing passengers to eat so late.

Bad experience – not recommended. I booked a bus ticket for a 2.55 PM boarding time. But the travel company/agency changed my departure time without my consent and picked me up from the pickup point at 3:55 PM. Another disappointing thing is that there were very few passengers on the bus, but a large amount of goods and parcels were loaded. In Panaji, lots of goods unloading took more than 1 hour. I am still waiting. Due to this delay, I reached home much later than expected. I will never book this travel again in the future.

Loading/unloading of cargo is a huge waste of time, especially when passengers are asked to change the bus at Mapusa so that they can unload the cargo.

Live tracking is not enabled. Pick up is one hour late and drop is two and a half hours late.
