Too much crowd. There are many people standing in the bus apart from the seat bookings.

Charged extra rupees trip of bus charges. Local travel bus with roadside daily excessive crowd with pathetic service. No seats given. Very very bad service. Be alert for online fraud.

I booked the ticket online but the irresponsible attitude of the staff meant they did not let me sit on my seat. I spent the time at another place. I felt very sad.

The service is very poor, do not come in this bus, even after booking the seat by taking the ticket online, you do not get a seat, it costs a lot of money and the service is nothing, it is very poor.

I think the bus would be better, considering the fare. But since it was a local bus, the fare was only XXXXX, and I had to pay extra for this one. I should’ve booked another bus instead.

The bus I booked wasn't ready to leave. I called the operator but he wouldn't pick up. When he did, he said the bus wasn't running. I told him it was booked, so he made me sit in a passenger Omni.
