Waited for bus for more than 2 hours. Bus was supposed to reach destination by 10:30 pm but it reached only by 1:15 am. Bedsheets were very poor. The bedsheet was in very poor condition and had a strong unpleasant smell. It seemed like it hadn’t been washed for a long time. Overall cleanliness was not maintained, and the service was not punctual. This was very disappointing.

Almost 3 hour late for picking point. Worst behavior from bus staff. Then I did not travel by the bus because of no proper response for the delay.

Chennai to Madurai 20th May 0.05 am to 7.30 am. Bus timing mentioned to be reached in Madurai at 7.30 am. It is 9.10 am and I am still in the bus. For an emergency situation, I booked this bus but we may expect to reach Madurai nearly 11 am. What a time difference. Very frustrated experience.
