Overall experience was good but they did not wake me up. I was asleep. I had to go to Noida but reached Delhi.

The offline staff allowed drunk people to board the bus. This is very dangerous, and you should fix this issue. Everything else was good. The AC was good, and the seats were also comfortable.

No rest stop even after requests from two ladies. Arbitrary stops to board ransom passengers in crew cabin and floor of the bus. Sarcastic comments and unprofessional behaviour.
