Worst experience. There is no proper pick up of the passengers. Also, there are no proper updates while boarding.

Good service, driver driving nice to sleep on bus, on time pickup and dropping.

Driver behaviour is too good but not staff. For driver - 10/10. Staff every time they are asking to come pick up from some other places - 2/10.

Stopped dinner at 11:40 pm and started bus at 11:50 pm.

Worst experience, I have booked the bus almost at the edge like the pickup was at Marathahalli Kalamandir. By seeing that, I have booked the bus at 9:03 being in that pickup point. The pickup time was 9:10. Waited till 9:10 and called the bus driver at 9:12 and asked at what time the bus will arrive. He said the bus is at Ulsoor lake. My doubt is the pickup time of bus at Marathahalli Kalamandir is at 9:10, how the bus can go to Ulsoor lake in just 2 min. The bus didn't even come to pickup point. If the bus is not coming then why should they add the pickup. When I called then they are asking to come to Majestic. At Majestic bus time is 10:20, the driver is calling and saying if you come the bus will move and forcing to come fast. In that traffic we thought we couldn't reach and thought not to go till Majestic. But I was seeing the bus is till 10:50. The bus is delaying. If that happened then they could have told I will stay till you come, then we use go to Majestic without worry.
