Very bad experience because they allotted us a boarding point that is Kashmiri Gate metro gate no 1 opposite KFC but they skipped the point and called us and told to reach metro gate no 3 within 1 minute. That's why we missed the bus. Very bad service from side.

I booked my bus ticket 15 to 20 days in advance, and the scheduled pickup time was 2:00 PM. However, just one day before the journey, at around midnight, I received a call informing me that the pickup time had been changed to 11:00 AM. I explained that it was impossible for me to reach at 11:00 AM because I had planned my entire schedule according to the original pickup time. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they simply told me that I could cancel the ticket. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The drop-off experience was equally frustrating. I expected to be dropped off at around 5:30 PM, but the bus finally dropped me off at around 9:00 PM. I had no idea which route the driver followed, as the bus seemed to be running all over Delhi before finally dropping me off. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to the last-minute schedule change, lack of customer support, and significant delay in drop-off. I was highly dissatisfied with their service and would never recommend this bus service to anyone. I strongly advised other travelers to think twice before booking with them.
