Very disappointing experience. The bus arrived 90 minutes late at the pickup point, and the driver didn’t answer my calls. To make matters worse, my reserved seat was given to someone else, and I was forced to adjust to another vacant seat. The driver was also driving rashly, making the journey uncomfortable and unsafe. Due to the delay, poor coordination, and reckless driving, I couldn’t get proper sleep throughout the journey. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. The operator seriously needs to improve punctuality, communication, seat management, and passenger safety. Not recommended unless these issues are addressed.

This was my happiest ride, staff were so friendly, very punctual. I give 5 out of 5 rating.

Bus stopped at Majestic and I had to take a cab to reach my actual location. We pay extra amount so that we can reach our destination without any disturbance. I usually go with this bus to native and it's the 2nd time the same thing happened. At least they could arrange another bus or else please pay some amount back.

Total nightmare!! Bus suspension was not there seats were continuously vibrating because of no suspension.

It was a pathetic journey. The seats were dirty. The bus was late. The AC was not working. It was hot inside.
