I am extremely disappointed with the service during my journey. The charging switchboard was not working throughout the trip, which caused significant inconvenience. The driver stopped the bus several times on the highway for passengers who were repeatedly creating disturbances. However, when I requested a brief stop early in the morning for a genuine reason, my request was initially refused. The driver only agreed to stop after I became visibly frustrated because my repeated requests were ignored. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the company owner later called me and claimed that a complaint had been raised against me, alleging that I abused the driver. I strongly deny this allegation. I was frustrated due to the driver’s refusal to help, but I did not abuse anyone. The driver even threatened to call the police when I requested a stop, which was completely unnecessary and intimidating. I have video recordings of my interaction with the driver, which clearly show how I was spoken to and can be used as evidence if required. This entire experience was unprofessional, unfair, and far below the standard of service promised by the company. I request that this matter be investigated fairly by reviewing the CCTV footage and my video evidence before making false accusations against a passenger.

Bus was changed. I had booked Manish Travels, but the bus I got at the boarding point was of Sai Tanmay and the driver was also changed. He was so rude and mannerless. He didn't even stop at the rest stop, although it was mentioned that the bus would take 3 rest stops. Also, some passengers in the bus were drinking alcohol, which was against the policy of Red Bus. The driver's name was Anil.
