Both driver and conductor were not bothered to collect the passenger. They made us wait for 2 hours at the pickup point saying they would be in 10 minutes, and after 2 hours they still did not pick us up. Instead, they called us twice from other locations.

Inside the bus, deep cleaning was required. After dinner halt, the bus had a technical issue. But bus operators did not arrange another bus for passengers. Not happy with service at all.

We are getting very troubled since last night. The bus people called us to another location. The bus was very late. We are still in the bus and the drop time is showing 5.45 pm. The bus is not stopping anywhere for a restroom for women.
