When I booked the U1 seat, the screen was not completely covered, and the foot protection was not available.

Really I want to speak with management. Worst travel experience I have. As I'm carrying the 8 months baby very concern booked the L4 seat which is in the front of the bus, but the bus operators forced me to sit in the L10 which is in the back side of the bus. Even though I have explained to them about the baby's care and the ticket details, the staff behavior is very rude and they just ignored. For this ticket I have paid 1600 . This is triple the amount of regular, even though I have faced the worst. The tracking also showing in the bus app is not exactly of the bus I'm traveling, this belongs to another bus of Mani Travels. Then how can a passenger get to know about the position of the bus, only option is calling the bus operator. In phone call also while checking the status of the bus the operator's behavior is worst and rude. Two police officers helped me to board the bus, they also spoke with the operator in phone call and the driver replied rude. This is how serves a passenger in the middle of the night and a single lady with a baby. Without proper tracking and seat position the management hopes for highest payment from the passengers. Really XXXX rupees is not at all worthy for this bus.

Very worst journey. Bus did not stop for restroom during 9 hrs journey. Drivers did not stop for urgent restroom in the middle.

The overall service was good. The staff behavior was good, the bus arrived on time, and the AC was working properly. Thank you for providing good service. I would like to bring a few issues to your attention: * I noticed small cockroaches inside the seat area. * There was a slight bad smell coming from the bus seats. * Around two months ago, the bus broke down twice during my travel, which caused a delay. I reached Chennai very late in the morning. I had not experienced these issues during my previous travels, but I noticed them on my recent journey. So, I kindly requested you to maintain proper cleanliness inside the bus and thoroughly checked the tyres and overall vehicle condition before every trip to avoid breakdowns and delays. Please took the necessary steps to improve these issues and ensured a clean, comfortable, and safe journey for passengers. Thank you for your service and understanding. Best regards, staff.
