The trip was initially cancelled by the bus operator a few minutes before the departure, and I had to get back my ticket fare price and Immediately solve my issue because it was going to be a long working day.

Very bad experience I waited from 9:15 PM to 11:00 PM but bus not arrived at location and given phone number was switched off. I want my full refund with concession otherwise I file complaint in consumer court. It's a kind of scam they take money online and not available at offline neither their office nor bus. Both service and operator is responsible for that, I call many times but no-one reply even unable to connect me with customer executive.
