The bus came 1.30 hours later than the scheduled time. I was waiting at the location shared by the bus operator for 2 hours but it came on the opposite side. I asked them to wait for 2 minutes for me to cross the road. They spoke to me rudely and took the bus. When I called them they said if you want you can take an auto and come to the next stop which was far and I had to spend additional XXXXX for the auto ride. Such a pathetic bus service and very very rude behavior from the staff. Will not recommend this bus at all.

The boarding point shown on the map was incorrect. The driver was unable to guide and was also not empathetic to the issue we faced. We had to run to the stop because of the panic created when we weren’t even late.
