The bus was already 1 hour and 30 minutes late on 7 October 2026 when it was travelling from Bokaro to Asansol. On the way, it kept stopping at various places to pick up passengers. Sitting in this bus felt like I was travelling in a mini local bus rather than an intercity bus. Overall, it was a very poor and disappointing experience for me during today’s bus journey.

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent journey from Asansol to Bokaro booked. Due to a Bharat Band-related traffic jam at Talgoria More, the bus stopped at the toll area. However, instead of ensuring the safe continuation of the journey, my wife was asked to get down from the bus at the toll area and was left there alone. She was simply told to take an auto and continue the journey on her own. No proper alternative transportation or assistance was provided, and there was no compensation or refund for the inconvenience caused. Leaving a female passenger alone in the middle of the route without ensuring her safety is highly concerning and unacceptable. We pay extra charges while booking with the expectation of receiving a safe, reliable, and responsible travel service. Unfortunately, this experience was completely unsatisfactory and caused significant stress and concern regarding passenger safety. I request to: 1. Investigate this incident properly. 2. Take appropriate action regarding the behavior of the driver/conductor. 3. Provide a suitable resolution/compensation for the inconvenience and additional travel expenses. 4. Ensure that such incidents do not happen with any passenger in the future, especially when it concerns the safety of women travelling alone. *Please treat this complaint seriously and improve the service and passenger-safety procedures. I expect a proper response and resolution from your side.*

No real-time bus tracking was appearing. No real-time pickup location of bus was updating. No option was appearing to cancel the trip after bookings. The staff denied coming to the pickup location mentioned. I had to travel extra to reach their desired pickup point as directed in a phone call by the driver.

This bus was not an AC bus, charged for AC. What kind of fraud was this? This bus company was liar.

No supply on power plug, Boarding point not properly updated, it was around 2km from the place it was showing in app while booking. Rest all things ok.
