Very Poor Experience with Mahi Travels – Mumbai to Pusad Ticket boarding time was 4:30 PM, but at the last minute I was asked to reach the pickup point by 3:45 PM. My booked Seat No. 15 (Lower) was also changed to Seat No. 16 (Upper) just 2–3 hours before the journey, along with a message that the bus would be delayed by 30 minutes. Extremely poor planning, communication and passenger management. I will not recommend Mahi Travels to my family or friends, and I will never book Mahi Travels again in my life. Very disappointing experience!

I accidentally selected the wrong date and proceeded to payment section and paid the amount but after complaining for an hour I still didn't get any help or refund or date extended.
