Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I booked a non-AC bus. On the afternoon of the journey, the travel office called and informed me that the bus windows would be sealed, but the blower would be running throughout the trip. I agreed to the arrangement. However, when the bus arrived, it was an AC bus with completely sealed windows. To make matters worse, neither the driver nor the staff switched on the blower during the entire journey. There was no ventilation at all, making the trip extremely uncomfortable. Many passengers repeatedly requested the driver to at least switch on the blower, but he refused every time. Traveling for hours without fresh air was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone due to the poor communication, lack of basic passenger comfort, and uncooperative staff.

Staff behavior very rude, without letting someone off at the designated stop they made me get off at the second stop. For instance, instead of Bhosari, I was dropped off at the Nigdi stop.

"My experience with this travels company was very bad. The bus did not arrive on time. The scheduled time was 10:45, but the bus arrived at 2:30. They waste a lot of time and do not travel fast. I will never book this travels service again in the future." very worst experience
