There are curtains which can't give us privacy, so try to set up aluminium sections. Also, one more thing is that I can't open my window curtain because it was in the hand of the upper sleeper passenger. That thing is worst according to me.

I booked a specific bus, but the bus that arrived was different from the one shown at the time of booking, which was misleading. Additionally, the offline ticket price at the counter was only 500 rupees, yet I was charged 900 rupees for the same journey online. The service was also very poor. The seat was uncomfortable, and the seating management was flawed, furthermore, throughout the night, the driver and conductor repeatedly woke me up to open my cabin and ask for my seat number, which was extremely inconvenient. Please look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or compensation, for the misleading booking, overcharging, and poor travel experience.
