Your bus had a technical error. I waited almost 2 hours, but the problem was not solved, and due to this delay, I could not complete my journey.

Vehicle breakdown at morning 4 am waited till morning 9 am and my train was off 11 am for kolkata and then they arranged another bus which was delayed to reach by 10 am in which they dropped 10 km away from the committed destination. Such a waste of money to travel.

I requested the driver to drop me at Chiloda Circle, but he dropped me on the bridge early in the morning. It was difficult for me to walk such a long distance. Even after I requested him, he refused to drop me at Chiloda Circle. His behaviour was very rude and disappointing.

Everything was fine. But they did not allow us to use the toilet inside the bus. They had locked it. Otherwise, the driving was good. The bus was comfortable.
