Bus condition is too poor. Expected Volvo comfort but not comfortable with the bus, and light and USB also not working in seats.

The AC was a major issue on this trip. The cooling was very inconsistent—the temperature kept fluctuating constantly. It felt like the operator was repeatedly turning the AC off and on throughout the trip. Because of this, it was incredibly uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep at all during the entire journey. The seats were also a bit hard, which wasn't the biggest deal, but it added to the discomfort. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I definitely will not be booking with this bus again.

You need to improve your staff's behavior. They behave absolutely terribly. We pay to travel on your bus. You aren't giving us a free ride.

The bus reached the boarding point on time even though there was heavy traffic observed on the route due to the Tajiya procession. Nice seat, excellent chilled AC and cooperative fleet staff.

Bus was third class. AC was not working properly, so I asked staff. They answered rudely. Worst experience like every time.
