I had a very bad experience during my Pune to Pusad journey. The bus was one hour late at my pickup point and reached my drop point two hours late. The driver stopped the bus unnecessarily many times during the journey. When I politely asked the driver why he was stopping the bus so frequently, he scolded us very rudely and behaved disrespectfully with passengers. This kind of behaviour towards paying customers is completely unacceptable. The delay caused great inconvenience, and the driver's rude behaviour made the experience even worse.

This bus was absolutely pathetic and terrible. The bedsheet was filthy, and cockroaches were crawling all over the place. My 10-month-old baby was with me, and a cockroach was even crawling on her face. The bedsheet looked as if someone had picked it up straight off the road. I paid XXXXX but got extremely poor and disgusting service.
