One of useless service. Only parcel carry. 11 am reach Patna. No charging facility. Also seat hand rest fully damaged.

It was filled with parcels and during the travel it was stopping anywhere on the road to load parcels, but they did not have space for my cabin trolley. It took passengers in between, and they were asleep in the walking space. Seats were not clean. No responsibility. It was like passengers were travelling in a truck filled with parcels, and it was taking passengers in between even after the seats were full.
