The bus timing in app different and the bus timing in actual different.

Bus was supposed to leave Gaya at 10.45 pm but it left at 9 pm. When I called the bus driver, he told me to sit in another bus and come to Chouparan, then change bus. I did the same. The condition of the bus in Chouparan was very bad. It was 2/2 and I was given a damaged sitting seat in place of a sleeper seat. This experience was really awkward.

Bus is not hygienic and there were more stops. Dinner was not at the proper time and other passengers were also carried.

There is too much delay in reaching, no cleanliness, no punctuality, neither serve water itself. Very bad experience in journey.

Online booking confirmation 3 days before happened and my seat was given offline to someone else 30 minutes before the bus started.
