Very poor experience – unprofessional behavior & terrible bus condition I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this bus operator. We booked double sleeper seats and were travelling with 5 small bags/backpacks and 2 small hand bags. The bus driver started demanding extra luggage charges. After that, the bus owner also called me and spoke to me very rudely and aggressively regarding the luggage. As per normal travel practice, one passenger can reasonably carry around two bags. We had only one small additional hand bag, yet the way the driver and owner behaved was completely unacceptable. They even shouted at me and my wife, which was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. Apart from the behavior, the condition of the bus was also very poor. There was continuous loud noise coming from the brakes, making it extremely difficult to sleep throughout the night. I have attached a video showing the condition/noise issue. I request the concerned authority/platform to seriously investigate this bus operator and take appropriate action. Passengers pay for a comfortable and safe journey, not to be treated disrespectfully or harassed over a small luggage issue. Very poor service, very bad bus condition, and completely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this operator to anyone.

Not given time for dinner and they were not given anywhere for restroom facilities. We suffered a lot on this trip. We do not want to travel next time.
