There are three same type of bus and my bus had been changed. I don't know the reason but overall good experience.

AC was not working properly.

It was the worst experience. The AC was not working. The windows were closed. It was suffocating. Staff were rude. When I complained about the AC not working, one of the staff told "jyada kaabil mat bano". Seats uncomfortable. I will never ever use this bus service in my life again. Pathetic.
