When you book, the driver and contact person will not receive your call, and at the time of bus departure, they will not contact you. If you know about that bus, you can book; otherwise, no one helps you. It's a very bad experience till now. They will not call you, and the sleeper bus was not cleaned, with very much dust inside. If I don't arrive at the right place on time, they leave me. They don't answer calls or call for boarding. Please think carefully before booking.

Dep. time was 7.30. I was informed to reach by 6.40. We boarded the bus. Then we were taken to another bus. There we were informed to shift to the other bus. No AC was there. We were detained for more than an hour and finally our journey started from Bargarh at 8 a.m. Very miserable condition. All this episode took place under the direction of the bus owner. I have decided not to travel on this bus in future.
