It was meant to be AC but a non AC bus was sent for our travelling with disgusting comfort and smell. The seats were the worst seats I have ever sat on. Literally the worst journey ever.

I booked AC bus, but one non AC bus arrived and we were informed very late just before the arrival of the bus and we couldn't even book another bus at that moment. Literally worst experience.

I booked AC bus but they provided a non-AC bus. Not even refunded the extra amount I paid for AC bus. Also, the non-AC bus was dirty. Bad experience.

Onboarded many people without tickets along the way. The bus gets too crowded to even sit properly.

The bus jerking was more than normal jerking. Maybe wheel problem. It was comfortable and tiring at the same time. Rest all okay.
