I had a bad experience with the Maha laxmi bus service i don't even get the water bottle as it is already mentioned in amenities that we get through the journey also the seat comfort is very pathetic now I had a pain on my back.. I will not recommend others to travel with the mahalaxmi bus..

This was the worst travel company I had travelled with. Those and even the owner misbehaved. By mistake I left my shoes while getting dropped in Rishikesh and after 1 hour I got to know I left them in the bus. I called the bus driver and he checked and said, yes it was there. After 10 minutes, I got a call again and they said there were slippers in it. They just changed my XXXX shoes in the same polybag with cheap bathroom slippers which staff used. I called the owner, he said he would help me. But in the evening when I had to get my shoes back, the owner said you did not pick up the call of driver. And driver did not give me a single call. Whoever the owner was, you and your staff were problematic. Not going to opt for this bus service even and did not recommend it to anyone. However, after contacting them multiple times, I got my shoes back again and the staff asked for a bribe of XXXX before giving me the shoes for which I said, once you showed me the shoes and gave it to me, I would surely give you some money.

Very poor bus service. The overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor punctuality, uncomfortable travel, and unsatisfactory service. The staff was not helpful, and the journey was far below expectations. I would not recommend this bus service to others.

1 hrs late from Delhi, driver asked you to stand on pickup location 15 min before departure time. The bus reached 45 min late on pickup location. Bus dropped passenger on Nepali farm and sent them on another bus to Dehradun.

Dear Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my bus journey from New Delhi to Agra, booked for yesterday night at 11:55 PM. I faced the following issues during my journey: Unclean seat: The seat provided to me was not properly cleaned, reflecting poor hygiene and a lack of basic passenger comfort. Unsafe and incorrect drop-off location: Late at night, the driver dropped me at an unfamiliar location that was completely different from the designated drop-off point I had selected. Dropped approximately 15 km away: I was supposed to be dropped at Ram Bagh Chowk, Agra. However, the driver left me under a flyover, approximately 15 km away from my intended destination, without ensuring that I reached the correct location. As a passenger travelling late at night, being dropped at an unfamiliar place far from my destination caused serious inconvenience and raised concerns about my safety.
