Very bad service by red bus. If you call the customer care number, only AI speaks from red bus side. Not able to connect to the executive, you can't explain your problem to the AI assistant. Very very bad service. I will recommend to all my friends and colleagues to never use red bus site for ticket booking.

Bus was delayed. Pickup man did not answer calls many times. When he answered, he did not reach at the pickup time that he committed. Also, he did not give the exact location for pickup.
