They did not provide any live tracking and they boarded at 12 o'clock when the boarding time was 10 PM and the dropping time was at 8 AM but it had been 11 AM still we were not at the dropping location and the bus had been stopped at the other village now and the driver was stopping at every bus stop to take extra passengers at every small village. Was this a booking bus or a passenger bus. I needed a complete refund for this. How could women travel safely from here. We trusted and booked this bus. I had been booking all this time. How could you do this. The bus I booked was taking us in another bus with a completely different bus number plate. So this was not safe at all and we did not even have live tracking to send to our family. I needed a complete refund for this trip.

Third class service driver was soo rude came to pick up point at 1 am actual pickup time was at 10 pm drop time was at 8 am but still on bus what service was this red bus drive was so rude do not travel from this bus I repeat do not travel from this bus even the customer care are useless they talk shit about ride I need the proper reason.

They dropped us 40-45 km from our drop destination and made us go by metro. This is pathetic.

1 Bus booking time mentioned AC but AC not available. 2 Departure and drop timings delayed. 3 Old bus not comfortable. 4 Bedsheets all not comfortable.

Bus pickup collect time lagela was not in good condition, not picked up on time and AC was not working. That was why the bus was cancelled. I booked a sleeper coach but was arranged a seater. Please check and refund my remaining balance. I already complained but still had not received the refund. What was the problem?
