Bus needs more maintenance because it suddenly stopped during running time and needs more cleanliness for pillow, bed area, and curtains. Otherwise, the driver is such a good person; his politeness and guidance are more appreciable. Thanks to the driver. If it is the bus operator, see this feedback please and change this bus or properly service the bus at least for the driver because he struggled during the running time.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was supposed to reach Thanjavur by 5:20 AM but reached only around 7:40–7:45 AM, almost 2.5 hours late. The bus interior was also not clean, the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. Overall, not a satisfactory journey.

The pick up was 1 hour late from the pickup time. Arrival at destination is 2.30 hours late. Please maintain punctuality or else mention a proper timing. It was the very worst.

The AC bus journey was comfortable and smooth. The bus was clean, the AC was good, and the staff were polite. Overall, it was a pleasant travel experience.

Very poor experience with this bus service. They charged half the ticket price for my child. The bus also stopped for dinner at around 1:15 am midnight, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable, especially when travelling with children. The driver behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. He was arguing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this bus service at all.

Driver using banned mouth freshener. Didn't allow us to put luggage in the baggage compartment. No water bottle provided.
