Bus is having water leakage, no hygiene, water is coming on seat, my luggage and belongings wet. Worst experience with this bus.

The driver and the conductor were great. The sheets and the pillowcases were very dirty. They need to be changed after every journey.

No stoppage for basic utility as washroom and breakfast/ food is provided first by the driver and conductor. When confronted, staff told that this bus is non stop bus from nashik to pune. after 1 hour , after again confronted for stoppage, bus is stopped near a restaurant but we are not allowed to eat any food or even tea by driver and conductor. We have to depart only after washroom. There were 2-3 lady and children passengers but staff didn't have basic humanity to stop bus for washroom. Driver told that there very few passenger, it feels ashamed to take stop on a restaurant. How it matters that few passengers will eat food, it should not be a matter of concern of a driver or conductor. again is bus directly stopped in Pune. punctuality, AC, cleanliness were ok. Translate into marathi language

I had a very disappointing experience on this bus journey. The amenities promised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. Blankets were not provided. The reading light at my seat was not working. Additionally, the charging point was non-functional, which was highly inconvenient for keeping my phone charged. The cleanliness of the bus was also below standard. The seats and surrounding areas were not properly cleaned, which made the journey uncomfortable. Overall, the service did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, maintenance, and cleanliness. I hope the operator addresses these issues to improve the experience for future passengers.
