There was no proper covering or curtain provided for the sleeper berth, which affected privacy and comfort. Also, the berth was not spacious enough to stretch my legs fully, making the journey uncomfortable. Please consider providing proper coverings for the sleeper berths and ensuring sufficient legroom so that passengers can travel more comfortably.

The bus staff kept playing loud music throughout the journey, which was very disturbing. Also, there was no door between the driver and passenger area, which made the journey uncomfortable. The hygiene at the rest stop was also extremely poor and not at all acceptable. Please take necessary action.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding from Majestic, Bangalore. The bus was expected to arrive around 9:45 PM. When it did not arrive on time, I called the agent to ask about its status. He then informed me that the bus had a problem and would be delayed. I waited for around one hour and then tried calling the agent again, but he did not answer. I then contacted the driver, but his phone was switched off. When I finally contacted the agent again, he did not provide any clear information and said, “If it comes, it comes; otherwise not.” I ended up waiting at Majestic until approximately 12:00 AM, without knowing whether the bus would actually arrive. I understand that unexpected problems with a bus can cause delays. However, the lack of proper communication was very disappointing. Passengers should be clearly informed about major delays or cancellations so that they can make alternative arrangements, especially when travelling late at night. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action to improve communication with passengers. I would also like to request a full refund of my ticket amount, as I was unable to use the bus service due to the excessive delay and the lack of clear information about whether the bus would arrive. Considering the circumstances, I kindly request you to process my refund and resolve this issue at the earliest.

Bus got breakdown in between the journey, and they didn't provide the alternate bus, they simply said will refund.... This is the worst travel experience I ever had... If they provide you free journey also, never ever take this bus.

The wait time from boarding to departure was too long. My boarding time was 10.45 pm, but the bus arrived around 12.30 am. Very bad experience, especially after reservation.
