Sleeper seat was unhygienic. AC holes had dust, so not getting cleaner air. Small space, not enough to sleep for above 5.7 ft height, so they should not book. On the 18th early morning, the dropping hotel was absolutely dirty with the poorest food quality and a dirty washroom. The hotel smelled very bad. Please do not keep halt at such bad quality hotels. We Sabarmati had only tea, which was also smelling.

Bus driver and staff didn't mention seat number on the luggage and luggage deliver to another person in another destination my destination was Rajkot but my luggage was deliver to another passenger in Ahmedabad and know and bus operators didn't taking any responsibility and saying ur luggage will be received tomorrow.

The bed provided for sleeping was very small and narrow, and the pillow was also uncomfortable. The backrest attached to the bed made it difficult to sleep properly, and there were frequent and strong jerks. It was very uncomfortable and caused a lot of trouble while sleeping.
