I have booked for direct journey but they changed the bus before 150km journey. Reboarding and boarding is difficult. Did not like the journey because of changing bus.

If you guys also want to experience what it feels like to be stranded in the middle of the road, you can definitely book this bus. This was honestly the worst bus experience I’ve ever had. We booked the bus for 7:25 pm, but it arrived only around 2:00 am. We were two girls, stranded in the middle of an unknown city, with absolutely no proper information about the delay. They didn’t inform us about anything and weren’t even responding to our calls. We had no choice but to catch another bus. Absolutely horrible service. Would never recommend this bus to anyone. 0/5.

Bad experience third class service they changed bus two times and I booked for sleeper but after changing bus they gave me seating seat from Pune to Delhi.

Rash driving. Staff behaviour very very bad and only 5 feet seats. Even a 5.5 feet boy cannot sleep.
