They stopped the AC for 40-45 minutes during the restaurant break. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was a little bit of smell. They could have added more room fresheners in the bus.

Bus was delayed and the driver was smoking in the cabin. Worst trip.

I booked a sleeper seat and paid for the journey to travel comfortably until my destination. However, almost one hour before my stop, I was asked to vacate my seat so that it could be cleaned for the next trip. I paid for the entire journey, not just a part of it. Why should I have to compromise on the service I paid for just because you need to prepare for the next trip? This is completely unacceptable. I deserve to use my seat until my destination.

Pick up point was very far as I had to pay XXXX rupees extra for cab to reach the pick up point and it was very unfortunate that the same bus service dropped me at the main gate while I came at Kaichi Dham. But when I was returning from there, the pick point showed Kaichi Dham but when I contacted them they said that sir you needed to come at the different place which was almost 50 km away from Kaichi Dham. I had very bad experience of traveling with you guys.

The seat was very uncomfortable. My seat was slightly twisted to the left side, which made it very uncomfortable. Apart from that, my seat spring was not working properly. Automatically, the seat was reclining backwards, which made the other passengers uncomfortable, as well as me. Apart from that, the rest of the journey was good. I feel that it was a bit unhygienic compared to others because there was a quilt kept between my seat and the subordinate seat as well. I will rate this trip as a two.
