Seat are not comfortable and driving is not smooth. Also, drop was outside the bus stop at Bhubaneswar.

AC is not broken, water bottle carrier is broken, window screen is not available, it arrived 3 hours later than the scheduled time. Very bad quality.

Charger not working. In seat US10 the side support is not screwed. Wrong arrival time in app, it says 5:30 am at my location but reaches at 7:30 am. A good thing, water bottles provided and a pillow without cover, not like the one in photo of bus. No blanket or bedsheet provided for sleeper seat.

the bus was delayed by 2hrs 45mins due to which I missed my long route hometown bus even after requesting the driver didn't tried to drive a little fast in. order to reach atleast by 9
