The driving quality, staff behaviour and supportiveness is an added advantage for this bus, otherwise considering this bus's AC it is very difficult to travel. Multiple times the passengers open the windows and AC is also not good.

Tracking was horrible, instead of pillow one seat backrest provided, bus changes without information, dirty inside, never recommend, happy at least reached safely at destination.

The seats are booked by passengers, they are blocked and issued to passengers at their will. They are not sleeper berth; it is seating for 4. Very dangerous ride with heavy capacity.

Price for the seat too high when compared with hygiene and AC. When a bus is said as AC, it should have controlled compartment. There is no door in between driver's cockpit and passenger sweating area. Without door outside air flow and noise from driver's cockpit keeps coming.
