now time is 11:20 but bus still not reached to Hyderabad,this is the worest experience I will never faced.

Bus was late by 3hours and not having intimation of late by message or a call before departure time ,so that I have neither cancelled my ticket nor travelled by that bus...very disappointed and cancelled my journey waste bus in one word.

I have a pickup van at Gachibowli at 9.50 & I reached the pickup location at 9.40 & waited there until 11.15. I tried reaching bus driver & he said please call pickup van but pickup van is not responding to calls. I reached bus contact, they also said please call pickup van but no response. So I reached service provider but there was no response from service provider. I kept trying to pickup bus then he lifted my call after 11pm & said he left the pickup location & picked up some other person in my place. What kind of nonsense was this? He says there was a problem in ticket updated so he didn't get the details of my pickup; that is a pure lie. Later they asked me to come to Lakdikapool from Gachibowli with my luggage. I travelled from Tolichowki to Gachibowli & again Gachibowli to Lakdikapool. Already being exhausted I waited 1.6 hours standing with my luggage & travelled on bike with my luggage for 30 minutes to reach Lakdikapool. I have paid xxxx for a good journey but I faced a very bad journey experience. Should I choose service provider & bus operator again? I doubt. I need compensation for excess charges & grievance caused.

So much bad experience, delay in pick up timing and dropping. I personally do not recommend.

The problem is with the passengers in my from seats who were drunk, even the attender was also aware but didn't intervene them or deboard them, they were talking loud and were passing comments and using phone loudly.

Too late. Bus staff said traffic jam. That was not correct. They stopped the bus at Dilshuknagar and L.B. Nagar for extra passengers. Some non-reservation people also got into the bus with low price, and staff also did not ask for any ID proof.
