As mentioned on bus ticket, driver should drop me at Chabua town bus station but the bus came through bypass and dropped me at Dinjoy Chariall instead of Chabua Town. Therefore, I have spent Rs XXX extra for auto charge.

The AC in the U19 seats is not working properly. The sleeper berths are too small and uncomfortable, and there is excessive heat coming from the rear engine area.

It is my all-time favourite bus for Ghy to Tsk route. The reason being his co-staff. All are very friendly and approachable. I would recommend this bus to everyone who is planning their trip to Dibrugarh/Tinsukia/Margherita route.

The bus was delayed by one hour at the time of boarding and arrived at the destination 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Yet, there were no breaks along the way, not even for dinner, and it was still late.
